These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Member", "you", "your") and abd365 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the abd365 website located at abd365.app, including all sports betting markets, live casino games, slot products, promotional offers, and any related services provided therein.

By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any part of the abd365 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform.

abd365 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Updated Terms take effect from the date of publication on the website. It is your responsibility to review the Terms regularly. Continued use of the platform following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To open and maintain an abd365 account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online betting is permitted under the laws applicable to you.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of any person employed by abd365 or any of its affiliated companies.
• You have not previously had an abd365 account closed, suspended, or terminated for breach of these Terms.

abd365 reserves the right to request documentary proof of any eligibility condition at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable time frame may result in account suspension pending verification.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must promptly update your account details if any information changes. abd365 is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. All activity conducted using your account credentials is deemed to have been authorised by you. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify abd365 immediately at [email protected]. abd365 will not be held liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised account access where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your credentials.

abd365 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels available in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless otherwise stated.

Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. abd365 credits deposits to your wallet as promptly as technically possible, though processing times may vary by payment method. abd365 accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

abd365 reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or limit any deposit at its discretion, including where there is reason to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used to make the most recent deposit wherever technically possible. Before any withdrawal is approved, abd365 may require you to complete identity verification. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply per transaction and per calendar day. abd365 targets processing of verified withdrawal requests within the timeframes published on the platform, though actual credit times depend on your payment provider. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or declined where:

• Identity verification has not been completed.
• Active bonus wagering requirements remain outstanding on the account.
• abd365 has reasonable grounds to investigate the account for suspected fraudulent activity.
• The requested amount falls outside the permitted limits for the chosen withdrawal method.

All account balances, bets, and transactions at abd365 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). abd365 does not charge internal transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges. abd365 is not responsible for any currency conversion fees or charges imposed by third-party financial institutions.

All bets placed on abd365 are final once confirmed by the system. It is your responsibility to verify your selections, stake, and odds before confirming a bet. abd365 is not obligated to reverse or amend a bet placed in error by the member. Bets may only be placed when sufficient cleared funds are available in your account wallet.

Odds are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation. The odds displayed at the moment your bet is accepted are the odds that will apply to your wager. abd365 reserves the right to suspend any market, adjust odds, or void bets where there is evidence of a material pricing error, corruption, match-fixing, or where the integrity of the event is in doubt. In the event of an odds error that is clearly incorrect ("palpable error"), abd365 reserves the right to void bets placed at the erroneous odds, regardless of whether they have been settled.

Cricket markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures — are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body (BCB, ICC, BCCI, or equivalent). Where an event is abandoned, postponed, or otherwise incomplete, abd365 will apply the settlement rules for that specific market type as published in the platform's sports betting rules documentation. Disputed settlements must be raised within 72 hours of the official result being declared.

Maximum winnings per bet, per day, and per event type are subject to limits set by abd365 at its discretion. These limits are displayed on the platform and may be updated without prior notice. abd365 reserves the right to limit the stake accepted on any individual bet or from any individual account without providing a reason.

Promotional offers at abd365 are available to eligible members as specified in each offer. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, welcome bonuses are available to new members on their first qualifying deposit only. Existing members may be eligible for reload bonuses, cashback offers, cricket accumulator boosts, and loyalty promotions as communicated via the platform or email. abd365 reserves the right to determine bonus eligibility at its sole discretion.

abd365 actively monitors for bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once; placing low-risk or hedged bets solely to satisfy wagering requirements; coordinating with other members to exchange funds using bonus credit; using a VPN or proxy to misrepresent your location. Where bonus abuse is detected, abd365 reserves the right to void the bonus, void any winnings derived from the bonus, and permanently close the account without liability.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds and any associated free bets will expire if the wagering conditions are not met within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited to the account. Expired bonus funds are removed automatically without notice or compensation.

Members may request deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, or a temporary cooling-off period through their account settings or by contacting support. Self-exclusion requests — where a member chooses to close their account and block their access for a defined minimum period — are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period. abd365 will use all reasonable efforts to prevent excluded members from opening new accounts during their exclusion period.

abd365 reserves the right to apply responsible gaming interventions — including mandatory limits, temporary blocks, or account review — to any member whose betting behaviour gives rise to concern. These interventions are applied in good faith for the protection of the member and do not constitute a breach of these Terms by abd365. Members who believe they have a gambling problem are encouraged to contact our support team and to seek assistance from a relevant support organisation.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the abd365 platform. Any member found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, and all funds — including deposits and winnings — may be forfeited at abd365's discretion:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or any software to interact with the platform in a way not intended for human users.
• Accessing the platform from a restricted jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or other obfuscation technology.
• Attempting to exploit any technical error, software bug, or miscalculated odds on the platform.
• Engaging in, facilitating, or having prior knowledge of match-fixing or any form of event manipulation.
• Colluding with other members, casino dealers, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform to launder money or conduct any activity that violates applicable financial crime laws.
• Providing false identification or misrepresenting your age, identity, or location.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing abd365 staff or other members through any communication channel.

All content on the abd365 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, software, and the compilation thereof — is the property of abd365 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You must not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, or otherwise exploit any content from the abd365 platform for any commercial purpose without the express written consent of abd365. Any unauthorised use of platform content will result in account termination and may give rise to legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, abd365 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, loss of winnings due to technical failure, or reputational damage.

abd365 does not guarantee that the platform will be continuously available, free from errors, or that any defects will be corrected. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of the platform or specific features. abd365 will use reasonable efforts to minimise disruption and to communicate planned maintenance windows in advance.

Where the platform experiences a technical malfunction that results in the incorrect settlement of bets or the crediting of incorrect amounts, abd365 reserves the right to correct such errors and to void or re-settle affected bets. Members will be notified of any material corrections to their account balance.

Your use of the abd365 platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy in its current form. The Privacy Policy explains how abd365 collects, stores, uses, and protects your personal data in connection with your use of the platform. abd365 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Your data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, fraud prevention services, and regulatory or law enforcement bodies where required by law, all as further described in the Privacy Policy.

If you are not satisfied with the outcome of your complaint, you may request an escalation to senior management by responding to the original complaint response and clearly stating that you wish to escalate. abd365's decision at the escalation stage is final and binding in respect of all operational matters. Nothing in this complaints procedure limits your statutory rights under applicable law.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws governing the operation of the abd365 platform. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

The failure of abd365 to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable promotion-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and abd365 with respect to your use of the platform, and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.

Abd365 may assign these Terms or any rights and obligations hereunder without restriction. You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms to any third party.
